“Remakes and Memory” screening at Koki Hannover

On February 3, 2025, the Hollywood Memories Team, in collaboration with the Kommunales Kino (Koki) Hannover, will be showing various video essays on the topic of “Remakes and Memory.” All video essays deal with the various levels of memory that result from the practice of remaking.

Video essays with different themes will be shown, each of which will be briefly introduced by their creators and discussed after the screening. An overview of the video essays can be found below. Admission is free and the event is open to the public.

The screening will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. at Koki Hannover, Sophienstr. 2. You can download the full program flyer [PDF] here.
