This April, Kathleen was part of the SCMS (Society for Cinema and Media Studies) annual conference in Chicago, U.S.A.. The conference took place from April 2 to 6. Kathleen presented on the “Classical Hollywood Cinema Unbound: Adaptations Across Media” panel, giving a talk on “’Memories of the days when Pearl White was America’s Serial Queen’: Remaking The Perils of Pauline.”
